(4) The stainless steel gate valve should be cleaned before installation to remove dirt and welding slag. After installation, in order to ensure that no impurities remain in the valve body, the valve should also be cleaned again, that is, all valves should be opened when entering the medium, so as not to jam impurities. After using the handwheel mechanism, it should be restored to the original neutral position.

(5) In order to make the stainless steel gate valve in the case of failure or maintenance so that the production process can be inherited, the stainless steel gate valve should be added to the bypass pipeline, but also should be extra careful, the installation position of the stainless steel gate valve is consistent with the requirements of the process.

(6) The electrical part of the stainless steel gate valve should be installed according to the relevant electrical equipment construction requirements. If so, flameproof products should be installed in accordance with the requirements of the "Electrical Equipment Installation Code for Explosion Damage Sites". In the use of maintenance activities planning, in explosive places, it is strictly prohibited to open the power cover maintenance and knock on the flameproof surface. At the same time, do not hurt or scratch the flameproof surface during disassembly, and restore to the original flameproof requirements after maintenance.

(7) After the implementation of the mechanism should be carefully lubricated, low-speed motor as usual do not disassemble, wash and refuel. After installation, the valve position should also be checked for compliance with the valve position opening indication.
